Using the service

SnapWorth.ai helps you identify items and estimate their resale value. You may use the service for personal use and to support your own reselling activity. You agree to use the service responsibly: do not interfere with operations, scrape or harvest data, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or reverse engineer the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials tied to your account, and for any activity that occurs under those credentials.

Content and intellectual property

Content provided by SnapWorth.ai, including trademarks, designs, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use that material except as necessary to interact with the site.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, metadata). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license — sublicensable to the service providers that operate our infrastructure — to host and process that content in order to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and under our service terms with our AI providers, they do not use your content to train theirs. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in routine backups.

If you believe content available through SnapWorth infringes your intellectual property rights, contact support@snapworth.ai and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

Limitations and liability

Valuations produced by SnapWorth are estimates, not professional appraisals or guarantees. They are generated by AI models and marketplace data that can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and actual sale prices may differ significantly. Do not rely on SnapWorth as the sole basis for buying, selling, insuring, or authenticating an item. We are not liable for losses caused by reliance on pricing data.

If you list items on a marketplace (for example, eBay listings created from SnapWorth), you are solely responsible for the accuracy of those listings, for complying with that marketplace’s policies, and for the resulting transactions. SnapWorth is not a party to your sales.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VALUATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY DOLLARS (US $50) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or damage limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapWorth.ai and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of content you upload, listings you publish on third-party marketplaces, your transactions with buyers, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

Apple App Store

The SnapWorth app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms are an agreement between you and SnapWorth.ai, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it, including product liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Plans, subscriptions, and auto-renewal

Free plan. New accounts include 5 free scans (a one-time allowance, not a monthly quota) with pricing from a single marketplace and basic identification. No payment is required for the Free plan.

Paid plans. SnapWorth offers paid subscription plans purchased through Apple In-App Purchase: Pro at $4.99/month (25 scans per day, multi-marketplace pricing, saved inventory) and Expert at $9.99/month (50 scans per day, additional capture modes, direct eBay listing, and reseller analytics). Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions. SnapWorth Pro ($4.99/month) and SnapWorth Expert ($9.99/month) are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase and renews automatically each month at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Auto-renewal and cancellation. All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep paid features until then. Payments and refunds are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms; refund requests are made through Apple, not SnapWorth.

Managing your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select SnapWorth. Changes take effect at the next renewal date.

Plan changes. Scan limits, included features, and pricing may change over time. Price changes for existing subscribers follow Apple’s subscription price-change process, which requires notice and, where applicable, your consent.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court, and nothing in this section limits consumer rights that apply under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by email before the changes take effect, and the “Last updated” date below will change. Continued use of SnapWorth.ai after changes take effect signifies acceptance.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
